Founded in 1994 in the fertile highlands of Da Lat, Vietnam, we started with just two hectares of roses and carnations in simple bamboo greenhouses. Today, we are one of the world’s leading floriculture companies, grounded in quality, expertise, and sustainability.
With over 7,000 employees and operations across Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia, we produce more than 600 million stems and 450 million young plants each year. From modern greenhouses in Da Lat to markets across the Asia-Pacific, every flower reflects our commitment to quality, innovation and responsible practices.
In 2025, we took a bold new step by entering an agreement to acquire Lynch Group Holdings Limited, an Australian-listed flower company. This milestone brings together two strong, complementary businesses, creating a regional leader with greater reach, deeper expertise, and access to premium flower markets in China, Japan, and Australia.
